Hypertext Markup Language is not a difficult language to learn.
Understanding the basics will enable you to make much better sense of
tools such as Dreamweaver and Wordpress. Invariably, a tool will not do
exactly what you want. The only way you will be able to solve your
problem will be to get under the hood in the HTML.
This will class will go over the basics of html and how to use it to make power Web sites.
In this class you will learn:
- How to structure the html framework of a Web page.
- What are standard HTML practices.
- How to make tables.
- How to create hyperlinks to internal pages and external pages.
- How to insert images into your pages and how to align them.
- How to upload your pages and images to your Web server using FTP.
